Im starting to take this for depression, does it work?
Also can I take it with Nytol?

Nytol together with St. John's wort may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating but I think it will be ok to take them as long as you are aware of these side effects. St Johns wort should not be taken with antidepressants though...are you taking any other medication?

Ok how about bachs rescue remedy & st johns wort?

As far as I know Bach rescue remedy is fine to take with other remedies.

I've never taken it myself, but do know that St John's Wort stops the contraceptive pill from working, just for reference in case relevant.

There are certain foods etc that you should also avoid when taking St Johns wort. I would speak to your doctor before taking it and it will only work for mild depression.
