Hi all,
After a terrible couple of days of anxiety and depression I rang my doctor this morning. My anxiety has been that bad that I have been barely able to eat and been vomiting.
My doctor has put me back up to twenty mgs, after two weeks on ten mgs I haven't seen much improvement at all.
My question to everyone is how to go about the doubling previously I had just been put on 20 from the word go. Should I just take twice the dose (ie two times 10mgs) tonight, or spread it out during the day ie a 10mg now, and a 10mg later?
Really hoping to see an improvement on this higher dose, I have felt so so low recently
