Pain in mouth and tongue advice please

I'm suffering with stress and anxiety and over the last couple of months my tongue has been saw stinging , my doc and dentist both say my mouth is all clear with no problems, and recently my roof of my mouth is also starting to become saw, can anyone relate to this ??

My health anxiety started with these symptoms, I pushed to see an ENT specialist and there was nothing to find, I think that there is a number is small harmless viruses that can cause these type of symptoms please don't worry. Health anxiety causes some weird shit to go on in your body and can cause real measurable illness but none of it is serious and if we just try and relax we could be finding ourselves symptom free (sounds so easy doesn't it!)

Hello Greg, the main thing is that the Dr and Dentist say your ok so maybe take some mints or something that help your mouth. :) xxxx
