Chest pain, undoubtedly.
At night when dropping off to sleep I have some moments when I gasp for breath as if I hadnt realised it is an automatic function-thats terrifying.
hi i hate the globus/throat issues its horrible
Mine is the agitated gnawing stomach and shakes - horrible.
my least liked symptom is that feeling of shakiness and thinking yre gonna pass out oh and dizzy, thinking about it makes me anxious. does any one else feel that imean if you think about the symptoms it brings on an attack or is it just me ?:hugs:

o , and being stuck in the past
The horrendous feeling of impending doom that rises from my stomach and makes my heart race and gives me the shakes has to be the worst for me. There are quite a few to choose from though!

Needing to escape from where I am.......
I always seem to not be able to get enough air into my lungs, which starts me hyperventilating... x.x
I know it's coming, but it's so hard to control sometimes.
For me it is the fear of losing my mind and being out of control.

Numbness anywhere, it's horrible.
The constant feeling like I can't breathe, or have fogotten how to breathe. Makes me yawn a lot at times. It lasts constantly for days. Very hard to deal with. Hate it :(
I have Social Anxiety.
My eyes start to strain, and makes me look pissed right off!!! At its worst, I'll get blood-shot eyes, and it's once triggered a migraine...
