Does anyones heart ever feel like it's fast?

I'm just sat here and my heart feels really fluttery and jumpy kind of like when you are getting to run and you get that surge of energy and your heart beats fast before you have even set off...

My chest feels weird too :shrug:

If I relax my chest as well it feels as though it's freaking out kind of thing

I usually have it because I have a faster heart rate. Doctor said it's nothing serious and there is nothing wrong with my heart so I'm not caring much about it.

But anxiety makes it faster that's for sure. And it's out of control. You can just ask a doctor about it, if there is no problem with the heart or if you are not overweight (which makes it faster rate) then it means totally anxiety related. Chest feels tight also.

I get this when I have drunk loads of filter coffee. :) Or diet coke too:)

I do know that it is related to being anxious over something also.

Wouldn't have thought for one minute there was anything wrong year heart.

I tend to get this more when I've not drunk enough water (or drunk too much vino!).

Ahh I do have pregnancy induced tachycardia.. I think maybe it happens when I'm anxious! x
