In almost every anxiety book they say to do strenuous aerobic exercise for anxiety. I can walk but when I try to run or lift weights I am sick with just a few minutes of harder exercise - even if I walk too fast this happens.
Anyone else??

Dont over do it, you need to start with the walking, up the pace slowly, try just a slow jog then walk again etc, how about a gym? use the treadmill on a walk then get a bit quicker, or a swim? or just go for long walks in a nice place,

not strenuous - just do what you're comfortable with. Stop before you get knackered (last time I said that word to an American they laffed, so hey ho. ;) ). 3 days later you might feel like doing a bit more.
