Having a good day

I woke this morning after having a brill nights sleep (aided by a relaxation cd)
was determined to have a good day so jumped out of bed (not easy) got showered and went to the asda (one of my trigger points)
did this with no problem at all and all because i made myself have a positive mindset today
if i can do it then you can too

Had another good day - went to work no problem!
Still worried about going to my sons choir performance on wednesday but feeling much better overall.
Anyone got any tips for being confined in an arena for 2 hours without being able to leave?

i think you will find it easier than you think, as you are begiinning to have good days, just concentrate on your son and how proud you will be off him, and him os you being there good luck x
