I've had an awful day today; I have got myself so worked up that I nearly passed out with that cold dread feeling. I can't seem to make myself think positively about the hospital visit to the breast clinic next Tuesday as in my twisted mind, if I think good thoughts, then I will be tempting fate and bad things with happen.
Does anyone think like this, it is driving me mad....
