Shattered after an hour and a half in town..

Just come back from doing some shopping, was out for about an hour and a half, and I am absolutely shattered! I could easily go to bed... should this be happening?

Well done, Butterfly, if I'd done that long in town I'd be on my knees! Anxiety takes all your energy and makes the simplest tasks seem like hard work. Have a rest now and pace yourself.
