Weirdest sensation today? Does anyone know what this is?

Hey guys!

Been having a good few days but today at work I had a bit of a weird sensation. A Feeling washed right over my head, and my ears popped and started getting a beeping in my ear. It almost felt like taking off in an aeroplane when you get that horrible feeling. Also some niggly pains in right side of head. I know its probs related to anxiety as I felt a bit breathless this morning and managed to ease it with deep breathing! Anyone else had this??

hi ya.. i found that happens to me just as im about to have a migraine.. try taking some pain killers for your headache and see if it goes.. x

Hello, i had that sensation in my ears friday night..lasted 20 secs but wasn't pleasent at all.I find the dizzyness to be the worst side effect
