Hi Every one, I'm Leah and I have anxiety, health anxiety, ibs and occasional bouts of depression. I came across this site whilst panicking about getting ill again (I had pneumonia last year) and I just hate the flu season.

I'm on citalopram for my anxiety which I've been taking for years, and I am currently seeing a therapist to try to work through some issues... so I'll see how that goes.

Anyway, just a quick hello really!!
