Feels like im holding my breath?

Last night whilst laid in bed I had thee worst feeling!
I felt as tho I couldnt breathe and I was holding my breath which set me into proper panic mode, then my chest started having electic shock pains it was unbearable. I woke up ok, but today i feel as tho im holding my breath again ive got it into my head somethings wrong with my breathing! :weep:

I feel like this after a night after a panic attack, kinda like i cant breathe and ive forgotten how to lol xx

Same, happening as I type, has been daily occurrence for past week or 2 now. What isit or isit our stupid heads toying with us...? :shrug:
