guillan barre fear

I'm scared I have guillan barre syndrome. An er doc seemed convinced that I did based on legs weakness was that was spreading. My legs are hard to move and heavy. I was admitted. They didn't end up testing for gbs after being in the hospital for a few days. They did an mri and ct. Got discharged, weakness spread to upper legs and arms, went to a bigger er and they didn't test me for gbs even though survivors have said my symptoms are the same. Why won't they actually just test me to rule it out. Now I'm worried I will die from it going undiagnosed and the weakness will keep spreading!
