Hepatitis b and c bloods and liver scan

Please some one put my mind at rest I'm spiraling

I had a bad stomach flu Easter
Diarrhea
Gas and bad stomach pain
Off food
Nausea
Had light tan stools since the bug
Had bloods done my liver bloods come back slightly raised Dr wants to test be hepatitis b and c and a liver scan, my stool came back normal
Is this just precaution?? My health anxiety is getting the best of me and I'm thinking all sorts! Dr said he wasn't concerned I am over weight so could be that? I don't even drink alcohol
