Tested positive for covid yesterday, really trying not to spiral :(
Hi everyone,
I tested positive for covid after my mom tested positive on Wednesday. She’s almost back to normal but I have some pretty bad symptoms. I think I’m on day 2, as Friday night I had headaches. Saturday I tested because of congestion and it showed a light positive.
Saturday night I had chills and a low grade fever, as well as headaches, and terrible body aches. Today I woke up with a headache but it seems to be subsiding now. However my body is aching so bad, especially my upper back. I’m so scared it’s pneumonia related, just feels so sore with movement and tight. The other symptoms really aren’t too bad, I have congestion, and runny nose, as well as a slight cough.

I'm sure you'll be OK.
As Covid in general barely seems to be getting a look-in by the media of late (at least here on our side of the pond), it's highly unlikely to be anything mega serious.

Thank you Lenco, I’m just trying to not worry about the fevers. I had one last night and was okay during the day, tonight again I have another one :(
