Anxious about being Anxious

Hi, I need a safe place where I can be myself, where there is no judgement and I can vent without fear of being reprimanded for feeling anxious….

I have anxiety with everything, which makes life difficult at times. I don’t have anyone I feel I can talk to, because when I try I get the ‘you’re so negative’, ‘you’re over thinking it’, ‘why are you worrying about that’ type comments and that makes me completely shut down. It feels like I’m being told to just get on with it, but that’s not helpful. I just need a listening ear, with some reassurance.

I have also stopped smoking / vaping about two months ago, which has doubled my anxiety levels.

Hi 👋 this pretty much sounds like me.
I also vape and worry it makes my palpitations worse but its my only "crutch" so to speak.
How are you managing with it so far? And how are you too??
